Men

“Then the Lord answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said: Now prepare yourself like a man; I will question you, and you shall answer Me.” Job 38:1, 3

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”” Joshua 1:9

“Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.” 1 Corinthians 16:13

“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”Matthew 6:33

“Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong.” I Corinthians 16:13

“But I want you to know that the head of every man is Christ, the head of woman is man, and the head of Christ is God.”
I Corinthians 11:3

“Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her,” Ephesians 5:25

Decades ago, after praying for my wife for nearly ten years, I decided to put God first in my life. Then within a matter of months she went to the altar, knelt, prayed and accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior. Now I say, “God is first all the time, All the time, God is first.” Putting God first is the best way to put your life, family and house in order.

“Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, The fruit of the womb is a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, So are the children of one’s youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them; They shall not be ashamed, But shall speak with their enemies in the gate.” Psalms 127:3-5

“And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord.”
Ephesians 6:4

“How can a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed according to Your word. With my whole heart I have sought You; Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments! Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You. Blessed are You, O Lord! Teach me Your statutes.”
Psalms 119:9-12

“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit…” Ephesians 6:10-11, 13-18a

“And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.”” Deuteronomy 31:8
