I am convinced that we very often lack joy and strength

I am convinced that we very often lack joy and strength because we don’t take enough time seeking and staying in the presence of the Lord! We spend five minutes in the morning reading a bit of scripture, then we rattle off a quick prayer and go about our day. Oh beloved, if you want a powerful, joyful, consistent walk with the Lord, then spending extended time with Him is critical! Do not rush your time in His word and His presence, stay and bask in His glory! And as you go through your day, take holy moments to call out to Him and consciously be with Him again and again. Relationships are built on time spent together in a variety of activities. What relationship is more important than that with your Creator and Savior? So prioritize taking the priceless time to be with Him, learn from Him, listen to Him, rejoice in Him, get strength from Him, love Him, and let Him love you.

Glory in his holy name;
let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice!
Seek the Lord and his strength;
seek his presence continually!
Psalm 105:3-4 ESV

    Correct, but here in Kenya, a believer may not have a humble time especially, once he or she has entered an area of work. Employees are overworked to death for them to live. So, Troy, I feel that if a believer – working in such a situation can just be expressing Godly qualities in his or her workplace ; For example , like being broken. loving, kind, obedient etc, God’s presence and blessings will be felt in this environment. Time is a belief, a limitation and a mortal thought.
