Much Needed Light
Anxiety weighs down the heart, but a kind word cheers it up. Proverbs 12:25
You never know what some people are going through. Most people don’t want to drag a dark cloud over someone’s day. We tend to hold things in rather than reaching out and sharing our burdens with others. That is not in line with God’s will.
We were meant to have others around us who are willing to walk through the valley with us.
Say a kind word. Lift those up around you. Your words may bring some much needed light into someone’s else’s circumstances!
Bradley Hilton grew up in the church and has always been a believer; it wasn’t until 2000 that he reaffirmed his faith and went all-in for Jesus. At that point his life was transformed, and he felt a nudge from God to start leading a men’s group in the church. The influence of this group led him through a regeneration process that changed his life for a more active service for God. As a result, he began to write a newsletter as a simple form of encouragement. More and more people began to request being added to his mailing list. God nudged him again to start a blog. Believing many more would be blessed by his writing he started The Daily Dose – Daily inspiration from God’s Word. Bradley is well known as a Barnabas in Christian communities on WordPress and in other venues.
Bradley and his wife, Michelle, share life together in Texas with their four children and two grandsons.
