Food For Life
If you feel like you’re doing the right things, in fact the very things God has told you to do, but you are getting blasted and it’s not going like you thought it would, you are not alone.
The prophet Jeremiah was persecuted for doing what God instructed and the suffering was taking a toll on his heart. He complained to God about how unfair it all felt.
In the midst of this complaint, he gives us a key to following God’s heart and rising above the pain and suffering; Jeremiah devoured God’s words and they were his joy and his heart’s delight. There it is, a key to victory!
As you continue to fill your buckets with the person, presence and power of the Holy Spirit, your greatest asset is the ability to read, study and meditate upon God’s Word.
Find one verse that encourages and inspires you to take the next step. Allow the truth of God’s Word to fill your buckets and lift your spirit as you continue to make beautiful messes everywhere you go. – Jimmy
When your words came, I ate them; they were my joy and my heart’s delight, for I bear your name, Lord God Almighty; Jeremiah 15:16
