Do Not Leave Things Undone!
By Carrie Edwards
And so the Spirit led my heart
Do not leave things undone.
Do not leave words unsaid.
Do not leave matters unresolved.
Do not wait until tomorrow.
Do not wait until a good time.
Do not wait until someone else does it first.
Do not make matters worse.
Do not make yourself bitter.
Do not make someone else hurt.
Say what needs to be said.
Say what needs to be heard.
Say what needs to be shared.
Do what Needs to be Done.
Do Not Leave it Undone.
Be vulnerable.
Be authentic.
Be empathetic.
Be transparent
Be the best version, of the kindest version, of yourself.
Do Not Leave anything Undone.
“Your own soul is nourished when you are kind, but you destroy yourself when you are cruel.” Proverbs 11:17
There is No Maybe.
Today is the Day.
There is No But.
Today is the Day.
There is No What If?
Today is the Day.
Say your Peace.
With Grace
Say your Apology.
With Humility.
Say your Amen
With Worship and Praise
Do Not leave Anything Undone.
We Serve a Lord who is Mighty to Save.
A broken relationship.
A broken heart.
A broken spirit.
If He can Walk out of The Tomb.
He can give you the Courage to Get Things Done.
Do Not Let the Sun Set…
“Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding; in all your ways know him, and he will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5-6
TRUST HIM to Get All Things Done!
Stand steady
and don’t be afraid
Of suffering for the Lord
Bring others to Christ.
Leave nothing undone
That you ought to do.
2 Timothy 4:5

Carrie Edwards conveys herself with her infamous never-a-short-story writing. Her words spring to life through her imagination and endless possibilities of, “what ifs?” She finds her truest voice with the written Word, using those words to share The Story. Others enjoy her remarkable presence on LinkedIn with her godly writings. At all times she has a pen in her hand, a journal in her lap and…she is writing.
With a BS degree in Criminal Justice from Troy University, she is in workforce development, non-profit sector, offering guidance, life skills and career development to returning citizens, youth, and socio-economically disadvantaged individuals. When not working or writing she is spending time with her family and friends or attending church at First Baptist Church, Warrenton.
Carrie is a girl with a mountain heap of words in her head. She draws strength to face this world through her faith in Jesus. She lives in small-town Georgia with her family, who continue to inspire her while God continues to refine her. She, and husband Josh, have three children, Gabriel “Gabe,” Peyton, and Jeremiah “Jey.”
