smooth, and peaceful transition as he/she goes back to school.

Connect well with his/her teachers,

feeling accepted and comfortable in the classroom.

Sharpen his/her mind and help him/her

to apply himself/herself to do well in his/her studies.

Help him/her to grow in his/her spiritual life and build godly character.

 Make friends easily and wisely.

Protect him/her spiritually, emotionally and physically.

I pray his/her teachers and other adults who have an influence

on him/her will model lives of integrity positive and have,

 a positive influence on him/her.

In Jesus’ name. Amen

I have seen & heard more about praying for students (& teachers) this year than ever before!

When we start off anything with God at the center, things are bound to go much smoother!

And especially for our grandchildren. We do need to pray for them everyday, not just when school starts. Thanks Barb!

I’ve been praying for my grandchildren all summer, that they’re being prepared for what the school year brings.
There used to be groups of women who met weekly to pray for their children and grandchildren and their schools, administrators, teachers, classmates, coaches, etc. Do you know if this organization still exists?
