This World Is In Bad Shape!

And it’s getting worse day by day!

Without the Bible, who would know what to make of these current events? Those who don’t read the Bible, know nothing about the coming tribulation that the entire unbelieving world will experience.

Since the beginning, Satan, being an angel, has had access to God’s presence in heaven as well as to the earth.

He was deceiving mankind in the garden and his deceit continues to this day.

During Job’s time:

“One day the angels came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came with them. The Lord said to Satan, “Where have you come from?” Satan answered the Lord, “From roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth on it.”” Job‬ ‭1‬:‭6‬-‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

At the time of the rapture:

“A great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. She was pregnant and cried out in pain as she was about to give birth. Then another sign appeared in heaven: an enormous red dragon with seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns on its heads. Its tail swept a third of the stars out of the sky and flung them to the earth. The dragon stood in front of the woman who was about to give birth, so that it might devour her child the moment he was born. She gave birth to a son, a male child, who “will rule all the nations with an iron scepter.” And her child was snatched up to God and to his throne.” Revelation‬ ‭12‬:‭1‬-‭5‬ ‭NIV‬‬‭‭

“Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.” Revelation 12:7-9 NIV

Satan’s home will be on earth until the end:

“Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Messiah. For the accuser of our brothers and sisters, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down.” ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭12‬:‭10‬ ‭NIV‬‬

The true believers are in heaven:

“Therefore rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has gone down to you! He is filled with fury, because he knows that his time is short.”” Revelation 12:12 NIV

Those who are not taken to heaven at the rapture will dwell on the earth with Satan for seven years of tribulation before Jesus returns to judge him and all the inhabitants of the earth.

Woe to those who refuse to put their faith in Jesus the Messiah and be saved from the wrath to come.

Greg’s journey into serious Bible reading and study began when his wife Jane, told him about a local men’s Bible Study Fellowship group. Once he started, he discovered daily time in God’s word was absolutely necessary to living a practical Christian life. He committed this daily discipline drawing him into a closer fellowship with the Lord. Through the Holy Spirit, and much prayer, Greg began presenting the gospel on LinkedIn supported by God’s word. His mission is to encourage Christians to read the Bible and learn for themselves the truth of God’s word. His heart’s desire is to prompt Christians to prayerfully perform a self-evaluation to be certain that they have the Holy Spirit living within them and that they are indeed in the faith, certain of spending eternity with the Father, Son and Spirit.
