Thankfulness

When I think of what God has done for me, for us His people, for His creation, I am truly thankful. How many times have any of us created something and it didn’t work out in some way and we just crumpled it up and threw it in the trash? God could have done that with us. We sinned. We fell for Satan’s lies and chose another way in open disobedience. And even so, God still loves us. He not only spared us, but He is kind and loving towards us. And even so, we still sin and go our own way. We are so loved by Him!

May I truly be aware of this every day and be truly thankful for this amazing fact.

Blessings,

We need to be thankful for God’s unconditional love that pursues us no matter where we are or what we have done.

There is nothing we can do, no place where we can go, where God’s love doesn’t pursue and meet us there. God’s love knows no bounds.

“For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8:38-39)

The Lord cares about what we do, and while He is deeply hurt when we sin, He still loves us and will always love us.

Thank you for this thought on thanksgiving. It got me thinking. I pray you have a great day. Take care and God bless

Gratitude is much more than a verbal expression of thanks. Action expresses more gratitude than speech, Gratitude makes us humble and elevates us to a higher way of living at the same time. it brings blessings.
